DMV is where people go to get their vehicle drivers licenses in the states. One of the things that's "socialized"/state run over here.
It's terrible most of the time and it creates very long lines

Offering an alternative from bars/clubs:
1) Your in a school: Aren’t there different faculties whereby the womenfolk would be more abundant? 2) Malls/Central places where people mostly gather 3) Parks 4) Small town community: can’t help you there you need to move buddy 5) Final note: Stay away from your incel mates. You need a clean mental headspace to approach this. If they support you kudos. But they will be a main blocker in your transformation into a social butterfly.

Man, I’m just commenting to commiserate since this sounds like me at that age. I never saw guys in the wild. I went back to school as an adult student. I was taking a course in the humanities. I worked in a women’s clothing boutique on an all female staff. I attended art events where 90% of the people there were women. I took dance classes where maybe the instructor was a dude. I ate lunch in the Engineering building just to observe men and know they still existed. Sigh…it sucked.
Maybe if we gendered things less, things would be easier.

If you're 16 you have a looot of time to work on this stuff. I don't think going to parks or shopping centres makes much sense at your level. I would try and cultivate some hobby that a substantial number of women are interested in (such as dance, for example). Won't be a panacea but it'll get you in the right direction.
