I don’t want to be with her anymore but I might still be friends. I think though I should handle rejection better in the future and just be chill about it and move on. Although if ur friends u can still be friends once u get over the feelings.

I don't recommend friendship, feelings can come back. When you find a girlfriend, hang out with both of them and find out how you feel. But for now it's better for you to avoid her if you want your feeling to "go away"

Yes agreed! I want to move on but keep friendship open. If the feeling comes back I can always take another break. But we were good friends so I think it’s okay to keep it open unless she says she doesn’t want to be friends. But I’m still wondering what a more mature of handling rejection is

It seems like you are struggling heavily with your emotions there. It's pretty rare case when you can stay friends with your potential love interest, and that would be if you both felt that your chemistry feels more like friends. If you engaged yourself towards romantic relation, it is better to just cancel your contact completely, stabilise your thoughts and forget about her.

Bro, you need to just forget about her at this point and genuinely move on rather than trying to seem like you are. Actually I never used it before her. But we talked on it everyday. And I mean delete the app for a bit since i don’t use it much anyway anymore.
She has a public profile and I check it sometimes but can’t help it then feel bad when I see her dancing with a guy or something
