Guys who had a glow up and got more attractive, how did it affect your dating life?

Over the last year I lost 50 pounds and put on muscle, straightened my teeth, got a new wardrobe and yes there is a huge difference in how receptive women are when I approach them. Looking good also makes you more confident. It won't magically solve everything but looks do matter whatever people might say

I have Crohn’s disease. For the majority of my life I’ve been very skinny. Dating used to always suck. I’m in my 30’s now and I’ve managed to become the healthiest I’ve ever been putting on some healthy weight in the process. I’ve noticed there is not too many single women that are out of my league now whereas before that wasn’t the case at all whatsoever.

For me I noticed that women started to approach me and have high interest. I also feel more confident now, as in I don’t care how attractive a woman is, I won’t crumble under pressure.

My first year of college I grew 3 inches and my face thinned out. I also learned style.

Honestly nothing changed with my non existent dating life.

Not that much difference when you become more physically attractive. You still need the necessary character traits in order to approach the girl and get her interested. But it does make it a bit easier for sure.

I was recently told I've had a glow up in the last ~10 years. I lost some weight, got in the best shape if my life, shaved my head as soon as I noticed my hair is starting to thin... Thing is, life in general became a bit easier after I turned 30, not just getting girls, and also I gained some weight back after the pandemic started and it doesn't affect my results with women much, so I don't think that's what made my results change...

Also worth noting is that I started approaching cute strangers a lot in the past few years, so, again: while looks matter, I don't think that looks are what's getting women into my life...
