I would send her something along the line, " Hey ABC, It's great to hear from you. While you're figuring your schedule to go out with me, my friends asked to join him for __________, and we already made plans. However I would love to see you some other time, so when are you free next week to do this?" If you don't want to sound too desperate or don't want to put much effort, replace the last line, " however we can do this some other time, when you're free."

I don't like to play text wait games, unless you're genuinely busy.

i'm not an expert on this stuff, but i'd let her know that you already made plans. you didn't wait around desperately for her response. she'll take note of that.

i wouldn't mirror her energy. it's an obvious shtick that's likely to imply some bitterness on your end.

as for how to reschedule, i'm beat. from the eyes of friends who frequent sexual antics, they place importance on showing women that you value your time. i'm not in touch with the nuances of why, but inherently our time is valuable, so there must be merit to that train of thought. reschedule for some time next week is my best advice. if she's busy on the rain check and doesn't counter with another plan, bail on that shit.

Don't want this to sound harsh, but there are people who have lives and don't have time to text, let alone overthink these things. Idk who sold you that mirror bullshit, but whoever did it, has no life either. If you didn't make some significant plans, go out with her, since she didn't fuck you over, by any means. This may be the kind of girl you want to kiss on the first date, since she's either busy or very impulsive. Good luck my man
