The pandemic allowed people to never leave their house and it allowed people to become full on anti-social.
You used to have to leave your house to do things. You no longer have to. The less you leave your home, the less you will meet someone in real life.

You should do both. Online is like passive income not a lot of investment but it can get you a decent amount of girls to hookup with. But you definitely get better quality in real life.

You actually named the primary sources. Many men meet women online, at the bars/clubs, or social gatherings. My recommendation? Do all three. Become more active within your dating profile, attend bars and clubs to meet new people on Friday/Saturday night (boost your profile with pictures of you having fun), and get involved in your community (more pictures and social networks).
