You have to learn to roast guys back. Most guys these days don't know how to do this because they grew up around women and single moms.
Men roast men. That's masculinity.
For example:
The other night I'm out with this chick, my buddy D rolls in. He's a little bastard, about 5'6" (I'm 6'3"), and excellent at game. Sometimes we fuck with each other when one of us is with a chick.
So he walks up, shakes my hand, shakes her hand and says "Look, I hate to break it to you, as big as he is, his dick game ain't that great."
She laughs, I chuckle and reply "Ah don't mind him, he's just angry because he can't use the big boy urinal"
Both of them laugh, (I think he laughed harder), he gets his drink and walks away.
That's how you do it. No rage, no jealousy, just give and take.

Something one of my older brothers told me that I've carried along for life in general is that the first person to lose their cool will "lose" the interaction (i.e. be perceived as the bad guy). So focus on staying calm and standing your ground without losing your cool

Just give him fake praise as shit tests:
“Man you are so good at this you should be a comedian” “Dude you are so funny, how often do you rehearse this lines?” “I think he deserves a big round of applause for being so funny” “man you are hilarious, you should definitely work in a circus”
You could also agree and amplify to absurd levels take whatever he says and amplify it to such absurd levels that it loses its effect.
You only lose if you show anger or annoyance if you take what you say and amplify it, his roasting loses effect
