Workers date pretty often. It's not necessarily a deal breaker.
The problem is that many rookies lust after coworkers because they don't have any other options.
That scarcity mentality is very, very bad and it leads to bad outcomes.

I dunno man I banged two chicks at my current job and it pretty much went fine (even with a batshit crazy one I worked closely with). I’m currently trying to nail a third but she’s a tough one to crack.

At my job, we have a married couple and my best friend is also in a LTR with his coworker, you can’t rule out everything. You don’t know how things will turn out so you may as well shoot your shot

I know plenty of happy marriages that resulted from dating a coworker. My mom was a reporter and my dad was her camera man.
Or you get married and have kids. It does happen.
