To everyone saying "jUsT aSk HeR," It's not as simple as just asking. The act of touching or holding has to be emotional and also seem natural. To "ask" her is a question is one that's purely logical. These are like oil and water.

The way you do it is little by little find a way to lay your hand or arm on her somewhere, probably on top of her leg. If she likes you she'll find a way to touch you back or maybe hit you. Then she might tickle you which is her way of getting you all to try and cuddle.

It's little by little, both making "excuses" to hold each other. Now go try it.
