If other women are chasing you it is good because it signals that you have value on the dating market. The more people want something, the more value we assume it must have.

But the more you are chasing other women the worse it is. Because it shows that you are less likely to be faithful and committed in a relationship (and women value commitment and faithfulness in a man). Plus if you need to chase a lot of women it signals that you have potentially low value and you're just desperate and will take any woman regardless of her value or connection you have with her.

Other women chasing you = good. You chasing other women = bad.

It works when she is already really into you and even than it only works when it at least seems legit. If she knows you have shit going on she will sense you are either not interested or playing games. The only time I’d intentionally not give a woman the attention I want to is when I’d feel needy and too much into her. Making her jealous is a whole different topic and a slippery slope too. It will work to make a neutral girl interested, but if someone is genuinely interested and you want to play mr player you are basically just saying you are not seriously interested or just a douche. So imo both things if you use them, it would be to get sex, not to use on someone you actually like

Anxiety and space fuels attraction but you don't add dredd to the relationship when your sexual market value is low, when a girl can do better than you and she is spoiled with options then it make a sense, girls aren't stupid they know when you are playing games, the push and pull game only draw a girl to you when she knows you are the best thing she can do otherwise it is counterproductive, some girls as well don't mind to stick around if they are jealous as long their jealousy is genuine and not manufactured by you, I guess most of women know the game better than some men but they just deliberately fail to hold their men accountable for playing these games when the man is a top shelf, the push pull game is very effective on women who experience some sort of scarcity when it comes to men.
