Whatever you do, don't start with "hey beautiful" Do keep it funny and light After some texting to get to know her better, then you invite her out. Don't ask, invite. Give her a time and a place, say you'll be there. Text here and there but not too much between here and the date. Day before the date, tell her it's still on.

I'm 25, most of the girls I talk to are 20-23. Texting is their preferred method of communication.

Texting is not really a secret special art that requires a university degree or something. Like most conversations are dead simple, there is no need for tremendous wittiness or special lines that you deliver or calculating how much time before responding…
Like: It’s usually just some inside joke about the encounter, to remember the experience you shared in person and then suggest a meet up
Sorry, but it most likely has to do with your approach, for whatever reason your approaches even if the girls ask you questions, just aren’t solid.
Maybe it has to do with the fact that your conversations with the girls are too short (shorter than 5-10mins long).
maybe it has to do that it feels like you are playing a numbers game and the girls feel it, in other words they don’t read believe you like them and that any pretty girl will do for you because you really don’t give them any other good reason to think the opposite…
Maybe your conversations are too logical, dull, typical, that you really don’t stand out much from any other guy…

Use text for logistics. No long conversations until it progresses to that point where she actually means something to you and has earned all that.
