You don't want to be the guy she's constantly texting. Constant texting is attraction killer. Don't text gilrs 24/7, ask them on dates and talk to them. Yes, you need to text here and there, but you don't need to text her every time you wake up, have breakfast, work out, go to work, drive, eat, go to sleep, jerk off, or whetever else you are doing.

If she’s not the one texting you constantly, you drop her.

Eventually you will get to the point where you find women that text you constantly.

If you have time to constantly text someone day in and day out, you aren't busy enough with your life. Constant texting is just not something to do regardless of if you have time or not, we build way better connections in person.

Get on your grind such that you don't have time to text back and forth with a person all the time, and don't be upset that a girl doesn't text you back constantly - that's needy. Once you stop being needy about this, girls will likely match your texting energy - and texting should really just be to set up dates and keep interest if in-person isn't viable at the time.

If there's one specific girl you've been texting a lot and getting only one text back a day, then I'd suggest you need to move on or chill out and match her one a day for a bit until she gives you two a day.
