The whole asking her to be my gf thing makes me think you are pretty young. I have never asked a woman openly if she wants to be my gf, it's more of a vague thing that we both agree upon after we spend enough time together. If this all happened on the first date, it's good, you're not going to fast. I usually have a rule to kiss the girl on the first two dates.
