Don’t make friends with girls. If you make friends with she’ll consider you a friend. Girls have a different notion of friendship. Meaning she considers you a girlfriend not a boyfriend.

You should not try to become friends with women you want to date. If you become friends then you get the “let’s just be friends” speech or the “i only see you as a friend”

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but getting into a long term relationship before you’ve had any kind of casual dating experience is generally not a good idea and usually results in either getting cheated on or dumped. Reason being is because when you’re inexperienced and you don’t know how to build attraction, you’re girlfriend loses attraction and finds someone else who she’s attracted to. I’d recommend going through a casual dating phase, hooking up, dating multiple women, etc until you find one you really like. Then keep hooking up with her until she asks you to be exclusive. Unfortunately women will only date men they’re sexually attracted to, among other things, but sexual attraction is the most important part of any relationship.

Just ask the girl you’re interested in out. Don’t linger around forever. Get to know them a little so see if there’s a connection for you and then ask them out! If your intentions are to date them make that clear.

Break the friendship with those girls you want as girlfriend. Flirt and tease with them, use humor, subtle sexual jokes at times. Maybe start with something general like "wow I can't imagine how would be like if someone kissed you", or more specific, talk about US/YOU AND ME, like "wow I don't know if we'd get along on the long term if ...".

And stop getting yourself in the friendzone. As someone else said here, girls will consider you another of their girlfriends, not a guy friend. If there's nothing sexual between you and her she won't feel anything for you.
