This seems to surprise you, meaning you don't know on what terms you are set after the first date. Meaning you probably were not sexual or didn't show intent so she friendzoned you.
Make sure to talk about "us" on the first date, ask her how she feels about you and what she likes/doesn't like.

This might actually be a case of them just not finding you physically attractive at all. They obviously genuinely like your personality a LOT to be trying to hook you up with their friends. Look at the one friend's insta to see if she's conventionally attractive or not as a clue. If these women are like "you're great but maybe you're a better match for my fat homely friend" that means they think you're unattractive but actually do like your personality.

It’s just odd to me bc I hooked up with the first message who then ghosted me only to tell me 3 months later I’d be a good match for her friend. The second message swiped right on my hinge profile and agreed to grab a drink pretty quickly and sent me this after our date. Clearly they were physically attracted to me enough to meet up right?

Hello op, the first girl you hooked up that friend-zoned you thats means she didn’t like the sex and or his a bf or went bck to ex or another love interest. Which is most likely because she wanted to match u with a friend 3 months later. Girls be dating multi dudes.You hooked up so you won.
Never agree to meet her friend it will most likely be shit because girls are typically selfish when it comes to quality men they don’t want plus for respect for yourself you dont need help from a ghostier and you shouldn’t be signing up for consultation prizes. Also women rarely will date a dude their friend fuked and threw away. Also have self respect for your self. Tell her u fuked her and are dating a sports model currently and dont need her handouts.
2nd reason you getting many friendzones probably is because you maybe too cheesy or goofey on dates, i would be more serious and less of a dancing monkey to up your chances to go further- dont be a robot though. Also if a girls look to just get laid and have fun you could be giving off boyfriend vibes. If a a girls riding cc you need on the start to know what type of girl u are dealing with cc rider or a girl looking for relationship.
I say this because I have dated over 200 women and have an exact diagram of what behaviors consist of.
