To prevent needy behavior, stop being needy. Work on your inner game.

In particular, you need to lower your expectations about the new girls. Remember that even the promising ones are still probably not going to work out. Spend less time fantasizing about an imaginary future and more time living in the moment.

P.S. Frequent intoxication isn't going to help you achieve your goals.

Sounds to me like anxiety. Don’t feel ashamed to reach out and get help - therapy works wonders - you might even be able to get something prescribed.

In the meantime just outright tell girls your nervous and that you tend to mess things up by getting in your own head. You’d be surprised how many times they respond with “I totally get it I’m the same way”.

Allowing yourself to be vulnerable like that is real confidence.

I dont have much context here but im assuming the ones you're into are better looking than the ones you dont loose ? Could just be out of your league right now maybe you need to spend more time at the gym or make more money or have more fun with your free time.

If you believe its not the girls that are different nut your behaviour then obviously you have to modify your behaviour and treat the girls u really want like just another girl that could be replaced with a click of the fingers, easier said than done i know.

Few will admit it here but that’s how it is for most guys. Even Chad. They’ll tell you “don’t be needy.” Then they’ll tell you to pretend to be less interested and put on a fake personality to get one particular woman, which is incredibly needy lol. This shit doesn’t work as well when you actually give a shit about the girl. This is why some people are scared of catching feelings to begin with. All you can really do is get your shit together and hopefully that will get the girls you really want to stay.
