That doesn't mean you can't talk with her more in passing. If you see her in the halls keep talking with her. Maybe you guys will become more familiar with each other and it can open more possibilities. The general consensus here appears to be move on, but with just meeting her a few days ago I would just play it cool and keep talking with her in person. The worse thing that can happen is you have a new girl-who is a-friend, or she continues to ignore you. Nothing wrong with that, especially in college lol.
That's a good advice, I will keep this in mind and stay friends with her :)

I'm giving you solid advice. Call her at night. Make small talk and make plans to meet up. It takes 2 minutes. A phone call is way more powerful than a text. You don't need to know a person that well to give them a 2 minutes call.
