If there’s any reasonable shot of you running into her don’t contact her again. Your best chance to close is to leave it as is and hope for a chance encounter. If you text her again it’ll seem needy, but that doesn’t mean it couldn’t work. From how you described the situation it’s definitely not good for you. If you called her 10 minutes after that exchange and she didn’t even acknowledge it over text or answer you’re kinda ghosted. In my experience, if you have problems getting it up more than one time you can’t come back from it. You don’t know what she has going on in her life, maybe there’s other things on her mind, but it certainly isn’t good for you either way. Overall if I was you I’d just leave it alone for at least a week, then you give her a chance to hit you up. And if she doesn’t, a double text from you will seem less needy.

Cringe as fuck. Admitting to lying just to see her? Every red flag, why wouldn't she expect you to lie about more now? Comes of as neurotic at best, manipulative and/or unstable at worst.
Instead of saying you were lying, could have just said "actually I was just looking for an excuse to see you" and sure it comes off as needy but some might find it cute or sweet. Thing is tough, you don't even need that. You've already seen her a couple times and she was even ready to bang apparently. In my experiences girls don't need you to be a perfect poet with words, or even have everything worked out in infinite detail, just be confident, consistent, and honest (ie don't come off as bipolar manipulative creep)
Shoulda just asked her out for a drink (not alcohol, you haven't been having much success there) or pizza or whatever. Put a real win, even if it isn't sex, on the board. As is each fail seems like it would leave her questioning why she should bother. A small win gives her a chance to see you as some one she's having a good time with, and therefore not a waste of time.
As far as should you text her again? Pretty sure that ship has sailed at this point, but since nothing to really lose, if you do give it a little time. Day or two I guess?

No problem. It's not as bad as some of the shit I've done, by far lol It's not a matter of how you fucked up yesterday, it's about realizing what went wrong and working on fixing it.
After a few days you could try to just set up something simple like getting coffee or something (Wendy's frosties are good) Simple small commitment for time and mindset (ie she can leave anytime so it's not threatening, and getting coffee/smoothie/whatever is casual enough it feels more like hanging out than a date). This gives a chance to prove you aren't a total fuck up/creep to her (not saying you are, but that's probably how she perceives you atm)
Just being honest about that you were a fucking idiot and let nerves get the better of you. It's better than trying to dance around it and patch things like nothing happened. Worst case? She says no to the whole thing/ghosts or friend zones you. Best case? Alright, your human too and gives you a second chance. Either way, you don't end worst than where you are now.
