OP you’re running down a pretty tricky rabbit hole. You have to be a seriously dominant male to have a woman want you more after you’ve cheated. Even then it’s not a good idea in general. Making her jealous by showing all the attention you get from other women is fair game.

Depends on the relationship. If your poly with her, then yes most Polly people want each other to cheat, or have Another type of agreement like they can only cheat with these other people.

Depends on the women, their upbringing, their attachment style, their relationship with their primary caregiver as a child and so on. In short, it's unhealthy and a sign of impaired mental growth.

On the other hand, your woman will find you attractive if a lot of other women find you attractive too, i.e., you have other female friends who are close to you. But that's not cheating.
