A big part of seduction is improving yourself so women want to be with you. when approaching new ladies you are using body language and confidence to convey to this lady you're the type of guy she wants to be with.

with women you already know and know you. well they have seen into your life already and didn't think you were anything special. you gotta change that image they have of you.

with new or already known women there is no magic thing you can say that will make women want you. you must change your lifestyle and become the guy they naturally want to be with. fake it until you make it.

Ok my dude, from a slightly older, and now finally getting laid regularly guy, take some advice.

You want to focus on yourself first. Not getting girls. Okey?

First the things you will have to let go of: Porn, and masturbation. This will give you mental room to re-focus old patterns. Plus you know it's not helping your life.

Second thing you will let go of is videogames. This is to get your stimulation from real world stuff that improves you mentally and physically.

Instead you: Work out, every day. Start doing something you love! Love music? Learn the piano. Wanna get rich? Start trading Bitcoins. Love fashion? Start drawing. Wanna direct movies? Start Vineng!

The point here is to create a life (habbits + goals + lifestyle) that women would wanna be a part of.

Also THINK about how you dress, straighten up your back (important) And never be the first to break eye-contact with anyone ever.
