I delete, and I don't think this is reactionary or non-alpha, in any sense. I see it this way, why would I have anyone's number, guy or girl, in my phone that I haven't had contact with for a significant amount of time. Especially someone who the casual contact was only a few dates, or weeks. I treat my phone book like my closet. If I haven't worn you in the last 6 months it's obvious I have no interest in doing so sometime soon.

I keep it for some hideous purposes like what CP_Cuddler does. Booty calls that can likely burn bridges. From my experience, previous flakes can turn into a nice drinking session if you build a party. Just name that party like "Peewee Herman Fan's Club Day" or "Charles Bronson Appreciation Week." Buy a bottle of cheap whiskey or a tequila. Then text 10 girls max (I recommend that you text all the flakers) and set it up. From my experience, 10 texts can yield two positives. You can delete all those negative responses. Just keep the get-together to a minimum so you can carefully weed out the flakers from the real deals.

TLDR Organize a small party, invite 10 girls max and weed out the flakers.

There's no good answer, but my general rule is to just stop trying if you can't arrange/schedule a meet up that week, or if she flakes. I don't delete numbers anymore, that's reactionary and not really alpha, besides maybe she will text you, then you can either ignore it and bask in their misplaced selfish desire for your cock, or compliance test her and see if she wants to "watch a movie."
