So I'm a pretty sociable guy when it comes to people in general and I also have a good sense of humor being able to crack jokes with strangers. I can talk to girls like nothing but when it comes to asking for numbers, I guess I'm just afraid of rejection like many other guys.

I hate to say it but I'm a decent looking guy. Was even told the other day that I was cute and can probably get any girl I wanted. I just lack the confidence.

There's three girls that I want to ask for numbers. One's at a grocery store. She cashier's and looks like Ariana grande so we can call her that. I joked with her the other day and had her laughing. We work under the same grocery company but different stores. Problem is that I spend maybe 30 secs in a line and other people may go to that line soon after.

The second is at a pet type store. We'll call her K. I have a bearded dragon and she tends to talk/know a bit about them. I also casually bring up my Disney themed debit card which gets her talking and laughing. The same problem as the first is I will spend maybe 30 secs in line and there is a possibility of other people getting in line behind me.

The third works at bath and body works. She'll be A. I see her in there all the time and she goes to the food court for her break/lunch. She talks to me but only as a sales representative but she has smiled and waved a few times out on her break. I have no reason to go into that store so it makes it harder.

So to sum it up, I'm a decent looking guy who can talk to girls. It's just my lack of confidence in asking for numbers. Any advice?
