Stop focusing on rejection.
Focus on the fact that you took your shot and be proud of it. Say it loud: i'm glad I tried because I'm one rejection closer to a fine date in the future. Every approach is a little tough, we all know how hard can it be to talk to a beautiful girl you never saw out of nothing. You are fighting your fights, don't give up

Beautiful. Great words. I'm over it :) thanks!

I'm telling you this because some time ago I used to bash myself over rejection. Like, "you idiot, you were so awkward there" or "you were so boring", and I kept thinking like this. The thing is, this kind of thinking made me wire approaching with rejection with pain/sadness. Rewire this thought process, repeat for yourself that even if you feel a little pain, this is the way, this is the right thing to do, this will lead to something you want.
Good luck friend.

The more you get rejected, the less you care. In fact, I've pretty much forgotten most of my rejections/flakes/numbers that didn't respond, and I care a lot more about the girls who I didn't approach, or even worse, the ones I had a great conversation with but didn't go for the number. Those are the ones that keep me up at night.

Hey I've been rejected plenty of times, nothing really has changed for me emotionally. Still feels like shit and makes me depressed for weeks.

You're giving the rejector too much power over you. I'll admit I occasionally get sad after a tough rejection and just call it quits for approaching that day, but to let it make you depressed for weeks is too much. Find a way to reframe it, and also probably ask out more people.

Na, u need to look at rejection as a game. The only way you get better is practice, and you need to study your interaction.
Winners win, and losers sit on their past glories.

I know that feeling. Dating can be super frustrating. Your brain seeks comfort so it's super natural to want to go back to what is familiar. Maybe take some time out from it all. Have a cooling off period where you spend time with yourself again. If your trying to get a girl a lot this can put girls off. Then after a couple of months go out and smash it. Get rejected even more then you are now. In other words take more action and just learn from every rejection look at it like playing tennis. You can expect to step on the court and be amazing right away. Just you learn and adjust. It's the same with chatting to girls.

Absolutely! Its totally normal to be nostalgic about the past. But try to remind yourself that there is something better coming up for you.

Sounds good but better isn't out there. Women just aren't worth much these days.

I can very much relate. I recently was in such a phase too. You're not alone with this, its really not uncommon to get vulnerable again when getting to know someone and opening your heart. It's usually nothing that stays for long. I wrote a lot of my thoughts down, remembered that it's part of life. Began focusing on my projects I quickly got out of it. Yurifca is also right, you shouldn't focus on this dumb concept called rejection. As someone else said on this subreddit: blame it on the randomness of the universe if something doesn' t work out, most of the time it is not your fault . Either there is a connection - or not. There are so many others out, who better fit to you. At the point where you are now, it is only a matter of time until you will meet someone who's right for you. Just don't ever worry about it too much and aproach her. If place and time are right being your best self is enough.

Yo this was totally me for the last 2 or so months. The best and most important piece of advice anybody told me was that it gets better with time. Just keep pushing onward and resist that temptation to hit them up again!

I've felt this way before, you may need to focus on processing your breakup because you're probably projecting the loneliness you feel (among other things) to other women.

Think for rejection as blessing! You will be pleased to know that they saved your time! What if they get to know you? What if after one year she is done with you? This year can't bring back this year! Be thankful for every rejection. This is the positive site of rejection for me. If you are still going out. You are doing well. Keep going, you will find her! I believe in you
