Ok so for the past few days, I've been doing pretty good. Before/after work, I've gone to the downtown area and did about 3/4 approaches a day. I've gotten past my sticking points for the most part (I've always been worried about approaching girls in coffee shops, or approaching a girl when there's a group of people close by) and felt absolutely great. I didn't number close any, but had better interactions than usual.
I know that no matter what, some girls just won't be interested. I've been reading Models, and started looking more positively at things. I haven't finished it yet, but I don't plan on stopping.
Here's the thing though... I still am encountering what I did before, which is primarily why I kind of slowed down with day game... When I don't approach, I feel like my mood is affected. I'm not necessarily bothered, I just feel "off". I don't justify not approaching, but it happened today. I usually do it at the downtown area, but I went to the mall today. All the girls I saw there I didn't feel like approaching. For whatever reason, my approach anxiety is worse there than it is downtown, because I'm always afraid of getting kicked out, or recognized by one of the employees since I used to go there so often.
I guess I'm just venting and need a pep talk. I want to be able to go about my day without obsessively thinking about approaching.
