While inner game is universal, outer game is heavily dependent on culture. I'd say that most of this subreddit's advice would apply to western countries, but in Asian countries, where people are MUCH more reserved (small talk on a train is seen as a "taboo", touching someone you just met is also a "taboo"), it could be a bit tricky. You want to appear approachable, sexual, while not breaching any boundaries.

I'm wondering, how different should your game be when gaming more conservative girls. For example, Christian girls that have never had sex and suppress their own sexual desires. These are girls that don't flirt, don't touch, say "ewww" when just talking about sex, shame girls that have had sex, etc. What do you do when the local community is filled with these people? I try to look at this on the bright side, with the positive mindset that because of the sexually-suppressed culture, it'd make me stand out -- but sometimes, especially when I'm gaming in groups, I'd see looks at me like I'm out of the place when I'm touching a girl lightly on the shoulder. While it's important for a man to be comfortable expressing his sexual nature, I believe that this should be done cautiously in a sexually-repressed community.

For instance, my natural humor style is similar to Russell Brand's, where I'd casually and easily turn any bantering topic into something sexual. This is what keeps the conversation fun and interesting for ME (which is what matters). However, this type of banter would obviously not work in a sexually-repressed culture, such as the country I'm from -- Hong Kong. Even the slightest touch would be seen as being creepy.

I'd love to hear your insights!
