I'm actually glad to hear that, normal to me is too vanilla and boring in my life. We're all meant to die and be food to worms and maggots, with that said I don't want to go out and about being and living in a normal fashion.

Let everyone else do that, let the sheep have their way. If you know your worth and know what you want out of life (eg: talking to that cute girl in aisle 6 at target) then shut the fuck up, don't give a single fuck on the outcome, and do what you feel will yield you best probability for success.

This mindset may be the mindset of someone who is mad and "not normal" but some of the great people who lived on this world were first categorized as being this way. Trust me, the only difference (in my belief system, think what you want) from insanity and genius is producing successful results.

My problem with direct game is that it comes across as creepy or inappropriate in the wrong setting... You also blow yourself out big time if she rejects you. I can see this as being okay to do in the club, but in other settings I'm much more comfortable with an indirect approach.

Also, guys have been doing this forever, telling a girl how pretty she is. Isn't this why were all here in the first place? Also, depending whos style you follow, Mystery would say this is a problem since you are skipping straight into the seduction phase with a direct approach. I'd much rather give a girl a compliment after she's earned one. Maybe I'm old school when it comes to PU.... But this new wave direct stuff seems weird to me.

But if it works for you guys, do it!

I'll find the reference when I'm not on my phone, but I read some cognitive psych article saying women actually prefer lines (to be used on them) that hide actual intent (ex: Do you like this band?), whereas men prefer straightforward and direct lines.
