Go out and do things you enjoy. Ever felt like going somewhere on vacation? Do it. Ever wanted to learn to ride a motorcycle? Do it. Like all breakups I’m sure it went bad for a while, go have some fun, do the stuff you couldn’t before and in a little while you’ll start enjoying yourself.

I would say do nothing for awhile. Your self-evaluations are possibly way out of adjustment right now, and you need to have good self-awareness and perception to affect how others see you. Divorce can make some people over-value themselves, and others under-value, it just really depends on personality.
