I'm still struggling with aa for awhile. But I'm very determined to beat it back.

I was wondering if anyone uses a mental device to get over AA. For example, I use RSD's Tyler "In the end, you will get no more or no less than you deserve" sometimes to get me to stop procrastinating. It's pretty effective - I've even written it on post it notes.

Obviously magical quotes can only do so much (check out all the serial procrastinators in r/getmotivated) but does anyone have any tricks up their sleeve?
