Eye contact is always good. And if there are 2 girls that you like equally and one is eye fucking you and the other isn't even aware of your presence then clearly approach the 1st.

But if the girl you like the most doesn't see you, then just approach her anyway.

It's very subtle, those that fancy you at first, look at you for 2-3 sec. and let their head down with a demure smile, learn to spot subtle positive signals. It's rare when a girl blatantly stares at you.

I feel like some say you should just approach regardless and others say you should wait for her to signal to you to head over.
