I don't.

But I think it's a good way to progress if you take pickup seriously.

I do that for my workouts, I write every single rep and every single set I do, so I can force myself to do more the next time.

When I first started getting heavily into daygame I said "I don't need to write field reports or take notes like all those attention-seeking chumps"

Then about 2 days later I started taking notes.

It makes a difference. Because when you're doing multiple approaches per day, you WILL forget some of them. Even if I approach just 4 girls in a day, odds are I'm going to forget 2 of them by the time I get home. I dunno what it is, but the ones that don't go anywhere just slip out of your mind - but these are the ones you need to focus on the most, to analyze what you could have done better. Because daygame without self analysis is just masturbation.

I do. It's an excellent way to make progress, since you can only make better what you measure. And it's pretty cool to see growth.

I've done it privately, however, now I'm on seddit and will start making them public.

Lol yeah, or I'm trying to. I've read this shit for years but now I'm trying to actually learn it, treat it like a skill that requires practice, and one of the ways I do that is by writing it all down.
