It feels great that I went from being an incel to having options and getting sex but I feel like at first I was very interesting in the game aspect and wanted to self improve. Now I'm just chasing sex on Tinder because it's working for me.

A lot of people think they have a sex addiction cause they like it and want it all the time. Newsflash: most people are like that.

True sex addiction isn’t fun. In that context, sex is like any other drug: it’s used to numb pain. Sex addicts seek sex to the detriment of other aspects of life, and don’t really care because sex is one of the only respites from whatever pain they’re feeling normally.

I’m bi and really struggle with this. I basically am always thinking about sex and hooking up and different fantasies. actual intimacy is extremely difficult.

I tell this to girls and they don’t take it seriously ever or see it as a challenge. Also not sure how to find a healthy balance lol
