You have to ask, that's the only way to tell.

Unless of course he starts getting super clingy and starts blowing your phone up, which would just turn you off anyway.

You don't know unless you have further contact with him. A guy can say you're beautiful to your face but around his friends he can call you that 'stupid slut he fucked last night'.

See if he wants to hang out after use hook up cause usually if I'm not interested in her like that I want to leave or I want her to leave after we've hooked up.

Also if you ever just hang out cause you enjoy each another's company and it's not just for sex then he might see you as something more.
