I usually have the same style no matter what, showing my interest in a small eyes, cheeky smile, wandering eyes type way. I adjust myself based on the person I am talking to in terms of speed of escalation etc.

It's never been an issue but recently I asked out a coworker and went on a date. Once there I really wasn't sure how to behave myself, knowing that there are more risks. What if we did hookup and she assumes there would be more? Awkward work days ahead.

Same thing when I adjust to a girl who is more reserved, takes it slower. Will taking my time lead her to think it'll be something serious?
