The best time to go in for a kiss is spontaneously DURING the date, in a moment of laughter. It puts too much anticipation and anxiety when you wait till the very end of the date to do it.

Just get it out of the way. Move in and try to kiss when you feel like the date is peaking.

I remember seeing it on here before and after stealing and field testing it and, well, lets just say it works.

Ask her if she likes surprises. Knowing your intentions already just instantly after she responds, kiss her. If she says no, kiss her anyways and say something like ''O, my bad, I forgot that you didn't like surprises.'' Hasn't failed me yet :P

As a last-resort on a failed date, you might also have some success with this. I once K closed an HB8 who had already friendzoned me with the following: "Look, I really don't need any other platonic friends in my life right now, so here's how this is going to go down. Now i'm going to kiss you, you're going to get out of the car, and if your senses get the better of you and you want something more than friendship you're going to give me a call. Goodnight. " We made out and she left without a word. Fwiw, I think that was the last time we spoke. (backstory: We hook up once -> she starts hooking up with ex boyfriend from LTR -> LFBJ)

If your confident about her interest, get a peck on the cheek as a compliance test. Do it in some kind of joke context. Ask for it by tapping your cheek.
