You make some chit chat and set up a date (next week or whenever), perfect. But now she is texting you and trying to make deep conversation over text, you know if you text too much and become a texting-buddy you will lose your mystery and her interest will fizzle out until the date.

My ideal scenario is: she is high interest, show her my intentions and set up a date, dont text her until you confirm a day before or on the day. But I dont know what to do when they keep initiating even when you try to end conversation naturally. Leaving them on read or giving a one-word answer may come off as cold and uninterested so that doesn’t sound like a good option.
