No. Neither. You're coming at this from all the wrong angles. You shouldn't even try to manipulate people and it's not this black and white either.

Women want to feel liked and a genuine connection but they also don't want to feel like they could have the guy too easily.

You shouldn't be nice to get into her pants, you should be nice because you are a kind person. You shouldn't be an asshole to get into her pants, you should have boundaries.

So just say what you actually, honestly think. If you agree with her agree with her, if you disagree with her disagree with her, if you find her pretty say so and if you don't then why are you even worrying about how to land her??

Out of the two examples, the asshole will win every time. Telling girls how nice they are is a sure fire way to make sure you never get laid.

False dilema, if you are nice to get sex in return, or, manipulate her as you said, from a girl are an asshole.

The manipulative one will always Tell the girl how pretty she is ( Even if she's not) , will always say nice things, will never disagree.

You don’t need to lie, you just have to be genuine and have legitimate reasons to like her which requires you to see and value who she is underneath her looks.

The asshole one will disagree with the girl, Won't listen to her opinion and won't praise her much.

You don’t need to disagree with the girl for the sake of disagreeing as if simply disagrees would cause magically make her attracted to you. You can disagree if you do indeed disagree and you can agree if you do indeed agree.

You don’t need to praise her for the sake of praising her, you just need to be genuine.

One of the personalities will work well? I've seen guys be the 1st one and praise Girls / Flatter them and build a spot in their heart.

Neither of those things is how you should act,

you should just be fun and focus on making the girl feel laughter, surprise, sexual tension, anticipation, make her a little bit triggered, provoke her,…

It’s all about being genuine, honest, fun, provocative, flirty. Not about playing stereotypes
