Either of those is good, but I don't consider the first one a definitive IOI (sometimes it is). The 2nd...I do. In either of these cases, open immediately. Heck, open immediately even if they don't do these things, if you are attracted to them.

IOI is intent of interest? Eyes are the most important body language women use.

Women generally will look at you 3+ times if they're interested. Just a single glance doesn't mean much.
