alright seddit this is my story. im at work so please dont kill me if i leave out commas and caps. around mid october i was going to a baseball game, i had to meet the ticket broker near the stadium. while i was waiting i notice a cute girl and what appeared to be her younger sister waiting in the same area i was told to wait and they looked like they were searching for someone like i was, i used this as my opportunity to strike up a conversation. it turned out they were waiting for the same person, so that got me in, we talked for a little until the broker came. he finally got there and we got our tickets and turns out we were sitting very close. i asked her if i could buy her a drink once we get inside the stadium, she agrees and we exchange numbers. i go inside because i was meeting people in a bar. i look at my phone and notice she had called me. i tried to call back but service was shitty. i was able to text and told her that if we have no service lets meet at the top of the third inning. top of the third inning i go to meet her for a drink and there she is waiting for me. i buy her a drink and we talk and seem to hit it off. we part ways and decide to meet again at the 7th inning stretch. seventh inning stretch comes and there she is again. so we talk more and are having a good time, just before departing again i ask if we can do this again some time and she agrees. in the coming days we text more and more and we are finding so many things in common. however our schedules conflicted because i was going away and she had plans of her own set up. i went away to texas for a few days, she text me to have a safe flight and to let her know when i land, she showed concern when my flights were getting delayed, i had felt a good vibe from her. when i returned from my trip i asked if she wanted to go out she agrees and we make plans. the day of the date she cancels. i understand things happen. this happens two more times, she offers up all this info about that she doesnt want me to feel like i am wasting my time pursuing her and that she has really felt a connection between us but that she was feeling pressured to hang out. i assure her that there is no pressure to hang out but after that it got weird. the text and conversation grew more infrequent until it didnt exist at all. now last night i received a text from her, she is on vacation and she said that something she saw made her think of me so she text me and we spoke for about an hour and a half. she is a really cool girl and i would love to get to know more abut her and actually date this girl. ok so what are my next steps in assuring what happened a few months ago doesnt happen again. thanks for reading....

TLDR: met a girl, spoke ever day, she canceled three dates, didnt speak for a month, then she sparks conversation saying something she saw made her think of me
