So I finished work and went straight to my day game area which I really need to change because it’s been dead this last week. Anyway I went with the intention of getting someone’s phone number but it felt a bit much. I was pushed for time but told myself I’d do an hour minimum and at least one approach, I did two. First one it was outside and it was raining heavily so I can see why she was rushed but I all I did was ask for the time and she ran off, I made eye contact with her and said thanks. Second approach was maybe 10 minutes after, I was walking round ages trying to find someone who was on there own and found them, I asked her for the time as well. It went a bit like this “excuse me have you got the time please” and she was like “sorry what was that” (I spoke too fast I think) and I asked again and she told me and I was like okay thank you and she was like no worries and I held eye contact throughout it all I wish I carried on the conversation, so tomorrow I have all day to do it. I’m gonna challenge myself to ask 5 people For the time or directions and then I’m gonna challenge myself to call a girl cute and try get her number. I’ll be going to different locations this time if the place I go to do it is dead again. Even tho I didn’t have much of a conversation I think this is the start of something good.
