For body language, you want to look confident and relaxed. Take up more space and lean back. Look at James Dean if you want some good examples of confident body positions. Try to relax and take your time. Rushing makes you seem nervous. Spread out and relax.

Take her to a restaurant, avoid alcohol and suggestive eye contact. It's a good idea to sit opposite so you can also avoid any kind of physical contact too, which could make you uncomfortable.
