It's odd for a woman over 30 to flake, but she did send you the video so she definitely felt bad about it and wasn't blowing you off. based on her offering a time when she's free, I'd say she is indeed busy, and interested in meeting you.

lol why does the date have to be on Saturday? Get a sense of her entire WEEK schedule, rather than just continuing to lob that same day out there with zero wiggle room. Clearly she's not a normal 9-5er.

Also when a woman flakes on plans with no counteroffer, I don't immediately counteroffer. I simply leave space. In your case, she even sent you a video. So I might've bantered about her working at the salt mines. Then maybe I'd say "so what days ARE you actually not on the grind" Then I would pitch a date on a specific day based on that.

Women don't know how to plan a date and they don't want to. They want you to figure it all out and take the initiative. Even if you have to jump through 72 hoops to get there
