You don't. At Uni either you're a douchebag who gets laid, you're a star athlete/minor celebrity who gets laid, or you don't get laid. Maybe fraternities have day things I don't know. Eventually you learn to love being called a douchebag because only women and betas will say it (cool guys get it too much themselves) with the former really meaning "Would fuck" and the latter meaning "I don't get why girls like him".

Also note I speak normally 90% of the time. All players do, we're not go-go-go. If you only saw me for 20 minutes chances are I wouldn't even stand out except for the fact I'm surrounded by women. If you happen to see anything what it will be is a girl saying "What results did you get in that test?" and me saying "I'm clean don't worry." or some such. Usually this stacks into a few jokes "NOOOOO!" me: "What you don't believe me?" (getting up in her face with my chest out, maybe bringing her friends in saying "She's calling me a slut are you serious?")

This reply is getting seriously long but I wanted to elucidate everything and give you an alternative. Krausers method is the alternative. It takes a lot longer though. You sift through a lot of chaff because you're not screening from the get go. For uni it's better to just get known as 'that guy' and girls who want a lay will come seek you out. These aren't sluts either, the girls who have+keep low partner counts step out with the most alpha guys they can find. Some really hot girls will come find you at parties and shit once they've had some alcohol. Girls will talk about you and form little crushes on you, which makes each year progressively easier and pretty much guarantees satisfaction with your tertiary education.
