I put this slightly modified comment on a post not to long ago but here is a solution I came up with to solve your problem. If I were you, I would stop approaching women that are working unless they are clearly checking you out. A lot of times, they get hit on a lot and sometimes have to force a positive attitude, or in this case, a professional attitude, hence the disdain people receive. Approach women who appear to have nothing going on and are just standing around. The kind of girls that are interested in having a conversation with me are the kind of girls who are just standing around and have nothing better else to do. If she’s shopping, ask her what’s she’s looking for and then introduce yourself and tell her why you made time out of your day to talk to her. Was she cute, did you notice the color shoes she was wearing, do you just like blonde girls. “I stopped you because I like blonde girls so I want to take you home. What’s your number? We’ll discuss the date and I’ll invite you over for a good time.” Showing intent, nice and simple.

What also helps is going for the girl that keeps checking you out. More recently, I’ve had this happen to me. This makes things easier because you can start off with, “I noticed you checking me out and I thought you look good too so I want to take you on a date to my house. What’s your number? Oh, don’t worry about the date right now. We’ll work out all of the details later. Well, I have to go but it was a pleasure meeting you. Be seeing you soon.” If it helps, remember KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid. Don’t make things complicated for yourself and you’re good to go.
