I moved a half full bottle of rum to the side because I wanted to order something from the bar. One guy pushes me and tells me to back off from the bottle. I didn't think clearly at that moment. I grabbed him by the throat and push him away, suddenly his friend comes up and shoves a glass up my face. Partly my fault, lesson learned; never push someone.

Well I'm glad that I'm in the US where bars don't tolerate hooligans or glassing. I heard that the UK was considering a law to ban bottles and require plastic unbreakable glasses in pubs, that's how bad it is.

Weeeeelllllll, to be fair here, the "looks are only part of the plan" comment doesn't really apply to this situation. It's not like you met her with a fucked up face, she's seen how you look "normally". Obviously it isn't the same as if you wouldn't have had your face smashed, but still.
On a side note, only dickheads get in bar fights. If you are as fucked up as you say you are, it's going to leave some scars, and those are for life. Get smarter.

I respect your opinion that only dickheads get into bar fights. It was the first fight I've gotten into my whole life. The wound on my nose and a cut on my forehead is going to leave a scar but luckily nothing too serious.

Well, I guess you learn from your lessons. I don't know how tough you are (and I know this has nothing to do with the topic) but I would really recommend you take a couple of classes (or at least extensively watch and re-enact self defense videos). You just never know when the next fucker who's shitfaced might come your way. Plus, your face is usually your game. You get a fucked face and you will seriously reduce the amount of ladies - unless the scars look kind of cool or something.

My only advice would be to go for a bit more of the old push/pull.
Kiss and dry fuck for a little while, and then push her off you while saying something inane ("Damn, just remembered there's a rerun of Survivor on tonight. Heh, kidding. You want a glass of water?").
Then talk about something completely non sexual. Ramp up the bedroom eyes, reinitiate, and make her even hotter and hornier. Rinse and repeat until either fucking, or you lose patience.

Well done. I agree that looks are only a certain part, but like others have mentioned, it helps in the initial part. That's why it's good to look your best when meeting women for the first time. I'm bald plus I have a small scar from childhood (small indents around my dimples from being bit in the face by a dog), both which used to destroy my confidence in approaching women, but frankly, I'll crash and burn all night with shallow women if it means I'll close with one who is real.
