Context:

  • At local Toronto bar celebrating a girl's birthday.
  • I'm there with my good buddy. Birthday girl's boyfriend [will refer as Cousin] was there.
  • His cousin, HB7, arrives & catches my attention.

Immediately When HB7 Arrives:

Everyone is outside on patio at a table.

Cousin: HB7! What are you doing here??

HB7: Your girlfriend invited me to come to her birthday.

Cousin: Girlfriend? Why would you do that? She is my baby cousin and I don't want her to hang around with Pua_Inception & Buddy. They're both wild, obnoxious and crazy and I don't want them to be bad influence on her.

HB7: I'm not your little baby anymore!

Buddy & I look at each other. Grins on our faces, we introduce ourselves. HB7 has a big smile on her face. *Game on!** *

  • HB7 says Cousin is a well behaved person. I counter that claim with a hilarious & yet embarrassing story about Cousin. Entire party responds in positive manner.

  • HB7 leaves to go to another bar. Invites Buddy and myself to join.

Me: How are you going to find us when we get there?

HB7: Call me. (Gives digits)

  • HB7 wanted us to come with her right away - no mood to follow her like dog. Stayed back with the group & told HB7 would join her later.

Party relocates to where HB7 party is:

One mistake I made in the past was I would hang around HBs that were attracted to me for too long. Focused more on having fun instead of seducing HB7.

However every time I was with HB7 - I kino'd & escalated well.

  • Hand on her back to lead her to bar
  • Taking photos together on the camera (possibly good method for early kino?? I could go to HB and say "Let's take a photo together". Hand around the waist.)

  • More photos but more kino - one photo was of me kissing her cheek. She did not see it coming.

  • Spotted HB7 with another guy in the corner (was her ex-BF apparently). Knowing that, I walked by them at a fair distance, made solid eye contact with HB7, gestured call me with a wink and carried on with my business. Big smile on her face.

Relocate to another bar - on our terms. HB7 and her group follows:

  • We're on the roof-top patio. Our group turns up the volume: Singing birthday songs & drinking songs.
  • Entire crowd on patio is first mused (I'm sure later on it became annoying but we didn't care).

[Relevant for later]

There is a solid HB8 on a date with a guy sitting next to us. She loves our energy.

  • I make small talk with both - focusing on HB8 and the date (not to be rude).
  • I drop a few witty comments to HB8 - she responds well.

HB7's friends become boring and she finds my group.

  • I take her to the bar to be alone with her.
  • I qualified her hard.

Me: Your cousin is right. You are just an innocent baby girl. I can never see you being the adventurous type that can keep up with us.

HB7: No!! That's not true! I so can! I'll do anything!!

In my head: DING DING DING!!

Me: Ok, I'll give you a dare. (Position my face straight in front of her - not too close though) Kiss me a simple kiss on the lips. (Point to lips)

Just then & there. Cousin drops his hands on my shoulders.*

Cousin: Hey what's going on guys?

Cock mother-fucking block.

  • Minor bantering. Nothing special. Cousin moves off to the side - not within hearing distance of HB7 and I.

HB7: I'll kiss you if my cousin is okay with it.

I turn around.

Me: (Out loud) Hey Cousin! (Cousin turns around) I'm going to make out with HB7 tonight. Just letting you know. (Turn back to HB7) Happy now??

The cousin lurked around keeping an eye on me and HB7. I played very well by kino'ing HB7 under the bar table. Caressing her wrist & tickling her hand. She responded very well all while above the bar table, it looked innocent.

The Point of Me Bringing Up HB8:

As the whole group left for the night, HB8 and her date remained behind. I had been with HB7 at the bar near the end. I head over by myself to HB8 & her BF to say goodbye. I exchange Facebook details w/ HB8's Boyfriend because I have videos of them singing & chugging beers, etc.

*HB8: *By the way, we're not dating. He's gay.

  • Sedditors, I don't' know what came over me but I felt like I pulled the Sterling Archer introduction. Cheesy, I know.

Me: (Deepened voice, directed 100% attention to HB) Hi, I'm Pua_Inception. Shake her hand Nice to meet you. You and I should get together next week.

  • Both responded well.

  • Gay? Maybe. I don't know.

  • I need to PLANT my FEET. Because my mindset was in "Say Goodbye - Everybody was leaving" I did not #-close her. I was itching to get moving. And looking back…. I SO could have #-closed. I would have just needed to say few simple lines like "You seem like the type of person I'd be interested in but there is only one way we can find out. Let's meet up at XYZ next week and we can see where things go. How can I reach you?" - No or yes - it didn't matter! (Kicks face)

  • However HB7 over heard we talking to HB8. She did not see that coming. Slight hint of jealousy?

After bar, we're at HB7's friends home to crash for night:

  • Cousin finally leaves with his GF.

  • We settle on the couches (few guys, HB7 on the couch next to me). I bring HB7 in to lean on me (Kino rocks).

  • I balanced my time well with HB7: Good mix of playing Mario Kart (with friends) & kino'ing HB7

Covered HB7 and myself in blanket

Played Mario Kart

Caressed her wrist, hips and legs

Played some more Mario Kart

Got more "comfortable" position, got HB7 to rest her head on my thigh

More Mario Kart

  • Everyone goes to bed. My two buddies are on separate couches and only maybe 3-5 feet away from HB7 & I.

  • Lights go off, HB7 hasn't left me yet & is still on the couch with me. Kino'd by moving my fingers gracefully up her leg… arm.. neck… to the chin… so far responding very well… I go in & we make out briefly.

  • HB7 pulls away - I think Bullshit & just adjust my body with a mindset "Whatever. I don't care"

  • HB7 momentarily later jumps in & we make out hard.

  • I can hear my two buddies fist bumping each other.

HB7: I'm going to go up stairs.

Me: I should come with you.

HB7: What about my cousin?

Me: He's not here - There's nothing to worry. (Or something close - I dont remember exactly).

  • Quick make out, HB7 gets up and walks off, I again don't care and just relax. I see her stop right before the stairs.

  • I think to myself, "Aww fuck it - let's try and give some chase".

  • Get up and walk over to her - make out with her

HB7: You shouldn't come up. I don't want to upset my cousin.

Me: I didn't come here to chase you. I came here just to kiss you. (Does this even make any sense??)

  • My buddies and I turn on N64 - resume playing Mario Kart all night for few hours then leave to go home.

For Next Time:

  • Lots of resistance with this Cousin. Jesus.
  • I think I was a smooth-killer with Kino
  • Felt like no DHVing was required at all. Cousin did all the work at the beginning. Our drinking songs added some value.
  • I think I qualified/teased her well with her being "innocent".
  • Felt confidence was at right level, especially when I announced out loud to Cousin that I will be making out with HB7 that night.
  • Need to work on LMR - I've been reading on dealing with LMR at my home but not dealing with it at HB's home.
  • Focus on planting feet!!

Overall: Good progress but still lots to learn. Two major hurdles (big picture now):

  • Still have AA - need to fix it.
  • If I can just get in the right mindset and get over the "opening" phase - I think I could do well.
