This was a relatively easy threesome to initiate because it was clear afterwards that both girls were open to the idea. The key was establishing that physical comfort, the sense of fun, and getting everyone comfortable naked. I did steer the conversation towards "wild things everyone has done," but let the ladies do most of the talking, only coming in when a story was asked of me, or if I had something that was topical to add. I almost always do, but again, let the ladies talk - if THEY are talking about sex actively, it's a better indication than if you prompt them.

After that, it was just waiting for someone to say "so we're doing this, right?"

If you notice, it was very much the ladies spearheading this one. Let them establish the kind of fun they want to have, and just create the environment for it to happen.

If I had to list steps as bullet points, here's what happened:
