Just a quick field report for completeness sake, nothing spectacular to report. After a fairly unsatisfactory day 4 of the Stylelife challenge I decided to repeat it again on a sunny Sunday afternoon with rmbarnes, who was up for trying some day game approaches.

I managed to do my 4 openings over the course of three hours or so. The rate was slower than before but we kept chit-chatting about game and psychology and the womenz... Which was all genuinely interesting but also played into my subconscious AA. If I'm talking, I'm not approaching.

Learnt some neat stuff, some of it implicit: Although we weren't winging each other, I can certainly see now how much a wing can motivate you - my internal nudge against AA is clearly weaker than a small external nudge ("That 2-set. Do it now."). People vary I guess though; rmbarnes said he would hate that. Respect.

As I said, nothing really amazing happened, although a kinda funny moment where I asked a 1-set where the nearest McDonalds was and she replied rather haughtily that she wouldn't know (fuck yeah, class warfare). That was only an "ouch" for a minute or so though. Also, rmbarnes spotted another person gaming. Hope we didn't put him off.
