I wouldn't generally suggest you go for some canned material, it will never come across authentic. The way I see it, you point out a lot of relevant stuff yourself, however one comment that I have:

Try not to be too outcome-dependent. You seem to be nervous about the consequences of making SOIs or not, having FTCs or not, an excuse to ask for number or not etc.. Not being outcome-dependent is key if you want to get rid of AA, and has definitely helped me overcome several sticking points. Practice just going with the flow and remember:

A succesful encounter all comes down to you and her feeling a vibe and connection.

One last thing: Regarding to Facebook, its one of the best tools for a gamer around, just go to random pua-site and look up how to work this to your advantage .. Go look her up :)

Nah man, find her on facebook and continue the conversation, thats what facebook is FOR. See here. Don't worry about 'being beta' - mostly its a lot of shit and just focus on being your most positive outgoing self.

As for closing, just make up some excuse as to why you need her phone number, it can be anything, so long as there's some justification because women seemingly need it for everything, it doesn't even need to make sense! - even just 'hey let's hang out sometime' is better than nothing. Better is if you were talking about something specific and can say something like 'Hey, if I hear of any good parties I'll invite you along. What's your number?'

My favorite way though is to be talking about something cool, and then tell her I'll text her about it, like the author's name of a book we were talking about, or a link to a cool band, etc. Then she has perfect interest and justification to give you her number, she isn't worried about you phone-stalking her, and you can continue gaming by text.

"Hey, we should should catch up" is a fine # close phrase to use for someone you already met a couple of years ago and who is showing interest in you.

"am not in love with her or anything stupid."

I'm confused. Not having one-itus over this girl is a reason to not expand your social circle/stay in contact with a girl that is interested in you?

Hindsight is 20/20 Now you know hey lets catch up sometime its in your memory and will be brought out naturally in further sets when appropriate. You could have warmed it earlier in the conversation with a complement perhaps about their unique and interesting bag (raise her emotions, people love this shit) When they are talking about themselves for god sake let them speak. then its a shame we lost touch for so long... then right back on to the conversation.

These nerves you were feeling... Not a problem they are actually what you want. They are telling you that the situation isn't right.

You're not a failure if you start talking to a girl and don't get her number. The nerves are a sign that you've already failed. Its REALLY not a big deal. Eventually you're nerves are going to tell you to GO GO GO and more then likely you're really not going to want the number you're going to want to take them to a couple bars and then to your bed. Your nerves are important they keep you congruent and when you start getting those GO GO GO indications you need to complete the game. By this I mean carry it out to the furthest ends. If the girl is walking to work I really don't know how to get her to bag work and come with you in less then 5 minutes... that would be pretty sweet though. So a date close with the obvious number would be acceptable. After work an immediate date with f-close and you can number close anytime during the date prior to the f-close or after the f-close. Whatever feels natural.

As for this particular girl you have two options because in my opinion its fucking wood at this point.

Eject completely IE you take control and reject her. You're going to have to learn to do this eventually and this practice will help you stay away from oneitis. This is what I personally am recommending to you and if you have mutual friends then I'd make an even stronger case for ejecting the set.
If and only if you have fully embraced that the set is dead and you're talking to other girls and thus really don't give a fuck. Then you can carry out the interaction to its furthest ends. What I mean by this is go on and invest some of your valuable time for academic understanding.
I really don't see anything good in it for you if you try to get seddit to give you a bunch of advice on how to get this one particular girl. Maybe someone here knows how to do it. I mean maybe you friend request her and leave her dormant for a month and pick it back up afterwards with some really deep personal shit about yourself. its my best guess.
