Hey folks

Saturday I went to a bar hosting a pudding wrestling event. Yes, it was just as epic as it sounds. Even the big girls became goddesses when they got in that pudding pool.

Did all the necessary preparation before going out - Nice looking t shirt, favorite jeans, nice pair of shoes and hair was styled. I met up with some friends - 3 other guys and 1 girl. We arrive at the club. There are some people on the dance floor but it's not too crowded. There's a good female to male ratio, so that was a nice surprise. Not to mention my friends and I were alphas by default... just not much competition as far as the guys go. I'm making sure to hold eye contact and use good body language/posture.

The wrestling matches start, the referee announces that one of the contestant's names is Ariel (HB7). So I yell to her "Good luck little mermaid!" She looks, smiles and gives me a thumbs up. After her matches she comes up to us and starts talking. I'm getting IOI's and a lot of good eye contact, but a dude (I guess her bf?) comes up from behind her and...pelvic thrusts her in the butt. He almost knocks her over. I give her a weird look and ask, "uh jealous much?" She gives me the "yeah I know" look. We keep talking for a minute, when she leaves one of my friends asks me, "Did she come over just to talk to you?" We talk again before the night is over and she tells me what nights she frequents that particular bar, but caveats it with the fact that she always comes with the dude from earlier. I shrug it off. Maybe I should have escalated, she was definitely interested but I would have felt weird with that dude there. Any advice here? Should I have went for it?

During a different match, a friend tells me that he knows one of the contestants (another HB7). As we're leaving I see her standing with another HB7 and tell my friend, "You know her right? Say hey." He opens them and we start talking, they're standing with two dudes who are seriously beta. They stand in the back and watch us talk to the girls. I felt kind of bad...but not really. I maintain eye contact, some base kino and we get some fun conversation going on. I ask the girls, "Out of the two of us, which one looks more like a drug dealer?" They really think this is hilarious, and pick me to be the dealer. After a bit the target walks off to do something, so we keep talking to her friend. I engage one of the guys in a conversation just so he feels included.

When the target comes back up to the group she puts her arm on my shoulder and leans on me. We start talking some more, I really start to escalate the kino. I put my arm around her shoulders and look away, pointing at something. I feel her tracing her fingers on my back. I ask her about school and she notes that she'll graduate in december and then move back home. At this point she straight up tells me, "I'm not really looking for a commitment, I just want someone to have fun with for the next 4 months before I go back home... and you're really cute. Can I give you my number?" I smile and have her put her number in my phone, continue the conversation for a minute, then I isolate her. We sit down, I play "the cube" with her and she loves it. To quote her, "this is one of the most interesting conversations I've ever had." Then she asks if she can kiss me. I laugh and say yes, then kiss her. We make out for a minute then we walk back to the group. After a little bit we go to leave, I give her a hug and she tells me to text her soon.

Texted her last night, we're going to hang out in a group tomorrow. It should be cake from here.

TL;DR: Sometimes all you have to do is not mess up.
