So I've been sick all day with a fever, practically bed-ridden. There was no way I was going to go out. And then I found out that the girl who has been giving me crazy mixed signals, one I started to develop oneitis for (bad bad bad), went to Florida for the weekend... with a dude she pretty recently met. This made me question myself, why the fuck I'm getting mixed signals... etc.

I decided to go out, with the goal to meet as many new women as possible. In this, I failed. I opened one girl while waiting in line, who was really really hot. We chatted a bit, and when interest was waning, I'd turn around, and she actually would start up the conversation again. We introduced ourselves, but then I bailed before I closed... I really need to work on that.

Run into Friend

I ran into a friend of mine at the bar, and wound up chatting with her for a while before we parted ways. I wound up talking to some random dudes for a while too.

Shit I'm Guilty Of And Need To Stop

I hate to admit this, I REALLY fucking hate to admit this, but I keep pulling out my phone and PRETENDING to have a conversation... to help feel less awkward and alone when out by myself.

End Result

I'm upset I didn't open more girls and that the girl I'm interested is probably getting off right now as we speak, but fuck it. I went out by myself which was not an easy thing to do, especially when feeling sick and depressed. Also, god I need to learn how to close better especially when I feel like things are getting awkward. I tend do something similar to this

TL;DR: Girl I like and get weird signals from goes down to Florida with some dude she recently met. Makes me question myself, etc... Decide I rather not stay home and feel like a little bitch, so I go out solo. Still bummed, but hey, I tried.
