TL;DR. Wanted to get a quick hit in after work. Walked up to a cute girl pushing her cart in TJ's and said "Excuse me. I know this is random but I wanted to tell you that you're very pretty." She blushed hard and said thank you.

I could not think up any quick follow up b/c I'm still very green for day cold approach. I work all day and I can't spend many hours approaching. It feels empowering to be honest though.
